Not too difficult to put on, would rate it as normal for things like these. However the directions weren’t clear on what side to stick on the “guide stickers”. The picture seems to show side one (based on the colors) but that’s not right as you’re supposed to remove side one first.
Other than directions, my screen looks clear.

I work in front of two 27″ monitors plus a laptop screen, so I’m getting a pretty (un)healthy dose of blue light every day. This is my attempt to reduce my exposure to the MacBook Pro laptop’s blue light.
MBPro1: The first time I installed it, I used the directions on the back of the sleeve and promptly got hair and some dust specs that did not come out, but thankfully were not visible in a practical way. I didn’t use the alcohol wipe or the dust sticker or even the guide stickers which allowed more time for dust in the air to float under the exposed adhesive as I jockeyed the protector so it would not cover the camera.
MBPro2: For the second MacBook Pro I installed it on, I used the inner pouch’s directions which I found better but not perfect because the order/quality of the steps was not clear as they should have been.
Step 4 (where you attach the Guide stickers) should have been preceded by, “Place the side of the protector with the Tab-1 against the screen (inner adhesive side) with the pull tab on the same side of the screen as the guide stickers.” Only then can you follow along with Step 5; and even then the pull tab did not pull the film off the adhesive–I had to remove the entire screen again to start the Tab-1 removal from the other edge of the screen protector.
But, in the end, after this step clarification, the screen protector was bubble-free compared to my first attempt.
I really like the matte finish and it feels substantial, does not feel too thin nor blur the screen, as far as I can see.

I bought this to help with sun glare when I work outside. It definitely decreases the glare. Although this was not my reason for this purchase, I have noticed that it obscures the screen when viewed from the side, but someone behind you will have nearly the same view as you. All in all, it does what I needed and I’m happy.

Worked well for when I needed it in class! Easy to take off because of its magnetic feature. Only thing is that you cannot close the laptop with the screen still on it, so would have to remove and put on before each needed use

What I liked the most is that it helps my eyes not to get exposed to the light of the screen and it does not have to be attached to the computer screen. The only little issue is that the magnet on the upper side is not very strong. Overall, I really like the product!

Fits great and was easy to install–I had no problems with bubbles or dust. The screen is well obscured so that others cannot see details on my screen and the glare is substantially diminished–exactly what I was looking for! The only disappointment is some reduced touch function, but only when using my finger–with the pen, the touch function is just fine.

This screen is not 100% anti-glare as you can see on my pictures the circled areas but it did reduce the glare and the bluelight because my eyes dont tire out anymore. Before my I got my screen protector my eyes gave up at 3 hours but now I can read and study for 8-10 hours with minimal breaks and my eyes can keep going….plan to get one for iPad also.

I love this. It’s a decent price and it’s efficient and effective. I love it because right now in New York we are doing remote learning from home ( just lije most of the US) and I haven’t had headaches since I started using it. I love that is is magnetic so it doesn’t ruin the screen. It does get dirty easily. Indoors it is perfect but not as good if I am sitting outdoors.
As for the blu ray blocker part, I don’t know it I notice a difference except that I’ve had no headaches recently and I’m online 12-14 hours a day.

It’s a good screen, I use it along with blue light blocking glasses for more protection. It’s easy to put on and take off. The only down side is that your laptop doesn’t close all the way, which isn’t that big of a deal. I feel like this really helped me with my eye strain.

Since the COVID19 virus started, I needed to be on my computer much more and was getting major headaches. I bought this screen because I heard it helped block the blue light that can cause headaches. I love this product! All you had to do was put it on your screen and it fit perfectly. You can easily take it on and off to wipe off any dust it may collect. My headaches decreased Immensely and almost immediately after I started using the screen. I highly recommend this product for anyone else who needs to be on the computer for long periods of time.

I also appreciate the reduced blue light and glare since I stare at my computer screen for 12+ hrs/day, so I keep it on my screen all the time. Clarity is still good while reducing eye strain.

I bought this when we moved to online meetings in quarantine. I was getting lots of headaches and fatigue that made the day unbearable. I was able to go from 4 hrs work a day to 6. I couldn’t see with the night shift on in the background but otherwise no complains on brightness. I read other reviews and use the matte side, which works great inside but horrible glare outside. I love the magnetic attachment so it comes right off outside. I have no clue about privacy screen value since I don’t have anyone around while working.

It works great for glare reduction but it does affect the way the touch screen responds and the pen feels drastically different. If you’re not a big writer, it is great for privacy and glare reduction.

This privacy screen works great! I often work in coffee shops and even if I am not looking at something sensitive, I enjoy my privacy. If you aren’t the person directly using the computer this screen is on, there is no way you can see anything. The screen provides complete privacy and I believe is a decent price compared to competitors.

I bought this for nursing school. I didn’t want other people looking at my monitor and it’s great! The people directly behind you can see your screen, but that’s not a bother. The quality is great!
The only negative comment I have to make is the touch screen part. You have to press really hard or have really warm fingers in order for the touch screen to pick up your touch. However, it’s not such a problem for me personally since I mainly use the keyboard anyways.

I start getting headaches from wearing blue light glasses for too long and I spend LONG HOURS in front of my laptop. So I found this screen. Overall it does the job of blocking the blue light and it’s also blocking the side view, which for me wasn’t so convenient. I don’t like how the magnet got weaker after using it for 2 weeks. It slightly slides down the screen and I have to fix it. Sometimes annoys me when I’m on a task and don’t want to get distracted by a screen sliding down!

Purchased for 2 Laptops that my kids have now commandeered for the duration of on-line schooling in the age of COVID. Have been using it for several months now and highly recommend it. The magnetic strip at the top secures firmly and unobtrusively. The screen is sharp and crisp but also provides privacy. Easy to apply and remove multiple times a day if needed. Able to leave on when closing the cover as well without issue. My kids can definitely tell when it’s not on and look all over the house until they find it. Highly recommend.

I was a little concerned when reading the reviews for a lot of these privacy screens, but I am very pleased with this one! It snapped right onto my 13″ screen and doesn’t move. I’m also able to close my laptop with no issues. The privacy is pretty good for when I’m coworking in a space and don’t want my screen showing. I haven’t tried working outside yet, so not sure about the glare factor, but all in all I”m happy with it.

I was apprehensive purchasing this item concerned I would receive yet another protective cover that would require me to use adhesive on my laptop. After reading the product reviews, I ordered this privacy protector. Not does it not use adhesive, but it’s magnetic. I can remove it any time without worrying about damaging my screen. No unsightly bubbles from not placing the screen incorrectly. The privacy factor sold me and I knew I had to rave about this product. The privacy screen allows for you to keep your screen on low light (saving battery life) yet protects completely when you’re working in a public place like a library or coffee shop. I can’t recommend this product enough.
