You may return any STILLERSAFE products in their original, unused condition for a refund of the glass value deducting the shipping charges for both sides too and FORTH.
We will gladly accept your return within 3 days of the date of delivery. If the product is tampered with then no returns are possible.
Currently, we do not accept returns for the magnetic screen if the peel layer has been removed.
In order to make your return simple and inexpensive, the return shipping charges will be borne by the buyer, please call customer service at 9742380279.
If You don’t accept our COD orders you will be banned from ordering again of any StillerSafe products from our website, Amazon,Flipkart and Paytm-Mall.
INITIATE RETURN
Returns generally take 2-4 days to process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
You can send across the goods through any reputed courier agencies to the respected shipping store. The shipping store address will be mentioned in the invoice.
We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. StillerSafe is not responsible for any returns lost in transit or any additional charges.
Desktop-Screens:
Once an order is placed on our website we deduct 10% cancellation charges and refund remaining amount as we cut the frame of the screens post order is placed. This applies only to desktop screens as desktops sizes may not be the same of different brands.
